A higher purpose...

I almost died today... This 8' x 8' section of a construction barricade wall crashed down to the street from about 15 feet up and landed on the sidewalk RIGHT BEHIND me as I passed by. If I had been about 2 seconds later, I would have been clocked on the head! I must have a higher purpose in my life, so it wasn't my time... SCARY!

Phew!!!! Well, that certainly is evidence of how very much you do matter! A friend of mine (our age) had a wall(!) fall on her two years ago in a workplace accident. After 2 surgeries, she is still limited in her mobility and dealing with chronic pain. She also has been forced to rethink her future without her career. I'm so glad that you were a step ahead of that barricade wall!!
